Free Webhosting Terms and
Conditions

The free
service comes "as is" without any warranty of any kind,
either expressed r implied, including, but not limited
to the implied warranties of merchantability and/or
fitness for a particular purpose.
We may decide to stop offering free hosting
solutions at any given time with no notice.
We may decide to stop offering paid hosting
solutions at any given time with at least one months
notice.
We do not backup sites.
You may host any legal content you wish, but
not pornography.
We make no representation and give no warranty as to the
accuracy or quality of information received by any
person via the Server and we shall have no liability for
any loss or damage to any data stored on the Server.
You may not host:
1) any material which is unlawful, threatening, abusive,
malicious, obscene, profane or otherwise objectionable
in any way. If we are contacted by the authorities, we
will completely co-operate with them, and hand over all
details of the account.
2)
any material containing a virus or other hostile
computer program.
3) any material which constitutes, or encourages the
commission of, a criminal offence or which infringes any
patent, trade mark, design right, copyright or any other
intellectual property right or similar rights of any
person which may subsist under the laws of US and UK
laws
4) no material which features under age sex, child
pornography or images and material depicting young
children in an inappropriate manner.
5) MP3s, WMAs, MPEGs, or any other sound files or movie
files which are copyright and you do not own the
appropriate written permission to reproduce and/or
distribute.
6) you many not use us for storage, and free account
which hasn't been updated in several weeks, or shows no
sign of activity will be deleted.
Your site must be in English.
You may not spam using our services
In return for us hosting your website, for free, we will
place a small google ad at the top of each page of your
site. It is a small ad, and helps us cover the cost of
our server.
If you don't want this, you can upgrade to paid hosting,
or don't sign up with us at all.
We reserve the right to stop free hosting at any time
for whatever reason. Any loss of data is your own
responsibility, we take no blame for this action.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any member's
free hosting account for whatever reason if we see fit
(i.e. unused account, breaking this agreement) and take
no responsibility for any lost/damaged files caused by
this.
We also reserve the right to refuse any paid service,
and to cancel that service with one month's refund when
this occurs, but only if the law has not been broken
The administrators and supporters of iNH reserve the
right to change and amend this terms and conditions with
or without warning.
By signing up to any plan, you agree to these terms and
conditions
YOU MUST ALSO AGREE TO OUR PAID HOSTING TERMS AND
CONDITIONS.
FAILURE TO
ABIDE BY BOTH OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS WILL RESULT IN
YOUR ACCOUNT BEING SUSPENDED/TERMINATED.
